RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The furnished real estate listed below is exclusively the subject of a seasonal rental, as a temporary residence and for pleasure of the lessee. As such, this rental is excluded from the scope of law n ° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
PAYMENTS
CONGRESS RATE:
The total amount of the stay will be paid upon booking, it is not refundable, exchangeable or changeable.
CANCELABLE RATE:
The customer will have nothing to pay upon booking.
The total amount of the stay will be refundable up to 3 days before arrival beyond this date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
NON CANCELLABLE RATE and LONG STAY RATE:
The customer must pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation, the balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
LAST MINUTE RATE:
The entire stay will be paid upon booking.
It is not refundable, exchangeable or changeable.
The Deposit are not refundable.
In case of no show on the scheduled date of arrival, the entire payment will be charged by O Carré Croisette, which then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately./WI-FI
Wi-Fi is included in the Rental. O’Carre Croisette cannot bear any responsibility in case of temporary interruption of service due to the Internet Provider or any other cause beyond its control. No refund or credit of any kind will be made in the event the O’Carre Croisette network is unavailable.
WORK/REPAIRS
If during the stay, O’Carre Croisette has to bring in service companies at the request of the client (request to be made by email), in order to repair damaged fittings (blocked pipes, broken domestic appliances, broken windows, etc …) and if O Carre Croisette is not found liable, the cost of repair will be charged to the client.
HOUSE RULES
Occupants allowed: The Tenant and its family.
Noise: The Tenant agrees not to cause or allow any noise on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another Resident and/or neighbor, especially before 10:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. All audio equipment must be turned down. Studios and apartments are for living accommodation only and cannot be used as venues for parties.
LIABILITY
Accommodations are being carefully inspected by O’Carre Croisette. The description given at time of rental is accurate and made in good faith. In the event of a complaint, the Tenant agrees to notify O’Carre Croisette within 48 hours (+33 (0)6 16 09 08 20) and then confirm in written. The client agrees to cooperate with O’Carre Croisette in order to resolve the issue. In absence of a written complaint and authorization by O’Carre Croisette, leaving the premises prior to the agreed date will result in the loss of any right to the refund of the rental amount. In case of complaints made after the end of the stay no refund will be issued.
O’Carre Croisette reserves the right to terminate the contract before or during its execution in case of unforeseeable circumstances or an Act of God making the use of the house, apartments or studios impossible. In such case, O’Carre Croisette reserves the right to allocate another property with similar or better characteristics. If the client refuses to transfer the booking, the full amount paid by him shall be refunded and no other compensation can be claimed.
LEGAL COURT AND JURIDICTION
In the event of a dispute with regards to the booking and rental, Cannes has legal jurisdiction. The Agreement is governed by French Law. By making the booking the client confirms he unreservedly agrees to the rental conditions and by signing it, unconditionally agrees to all conditions.
INSURANCE
Cancellation insurance is not included in the cost of rental.
CLEANING
Upon vacating the premises the accommodation is to be left perfectly clean and tidy. Cleaning at the end of the stay is agreed when the contract is signed. If the accommodation is found dirty above and beyond normal usage or the bins are not emptied,
LINENS
All linens are provided (bed linens, bathroom & kitchen towels).
HEATING/AC
O’Carre Croisette will not be liable for any malfunction of heating/ AC due to reasons that are beyond its control. In the event of a problem, please refer to the Liability Section. No refund or credit can be issued in the event the Heating/AC is unavailable during the stay.
SMOKING
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the common areas and apartments.
